Sir Greg the Black the great Castellan of Stapleford, died of old age in 518. The last knight of his generation and a true hero. He was buried in Stapleford, his home. He will be spoken of fondly in Logres for many years to come. He died a Famous Knight.

Eifion Cigydd Seax – “The Saxon Slayer”

The great Eifion, known as the Saxon slayer, died in great glory at the battle of Netley Marsh, slain by a french rider. He died just before his cousin-in-law Gwardurr fell too. Eifion will be remembered in the whole of Britain for many generations. He died an Extraordinary knight.

Sir Gwardurr, the steward of Laverstock, died at the Battle of Netley Marsh togheter with his cousin-in-law Eifion. A loyal steward for the Nadders, he will be spoken of fondly for years, he died a Notable knight.
Jonha Mawr Barf – “The Mighty Beard”

Sir Jonha, son of Doff, died in in the winter of 508 after a time of sickness. Sir Jonha, known as The Mighty Beard retired as a knight in 499 to tend to his two estates. He died a Notable Knight and will be remembered for many years.

Sir Weyland, son of Evan, died in 490 after the Battle of Lindsey from wounds sustained. His cousin Eifin went into melancholia due to not being able to save him. He will be remebered for years in his family, he died a Respected Knight.

He was know for his skill with a sword and his great generosity.

Kendall – 2010 glory

Sir Kendall, son of Rhain the slayer, passed away following wounds sustained at the Battle of Maercred Creek. He was taken to Steeple Langford and laid to rest in the tomb of his father and grandfather. He will be remebered for years in his family, he died a Respected Knight.

Desmond – 1800 glory

The newly knighted Desmond, son of Greg the Black, was killed at the Battle of Maercred Creek in his first year as a knight. He will be remembered for a few years in his family. He died a regular knight.

Known during his short life for his generosity and his manly beard. His greatest and only glory except being knighted was slaying a bear. He was laid to rest at Stapleford.

Sir Rhain the Slayer – 9808 glory

Sir Rhain the Slayer, the great knight of Steeple Langford, died while figthing the saxons at the battle of Mt Damen. Pierced by many blades, he died by his cousins side. His body was returned to Steeple Langford by his squire Madoc ab Uther, who also returned his fable ring of Maer ub Shien Fav to his heir Kendall. He will be spoken of fondly in Logres for many years to come. He died a Famous Knight.

He was for most of his life a dedicated pungacious knight and head of the family. He was known for his generous and brave nature and his hatred for the saxons.

His greatest deeds include being knighted (1000 glory), the Raids in Frisia (155 glory). Battle of Carlion (135 glory) and the Crowning of Uther (100 glory).

Cerca – 1745 glory

Lady Cerca, daugther of Merddin the Fertile died in 484 when she was eaten by wolves on her way to the out house. What was left of her when the staff found her was burned on the pyre in her home Laverstock. She will be remembered for a few years in her family. She died a regular knight.

Apart from being one of the first female knights in Logres she did nothing of note.

Sir Kendric The Humble – 8354

Sir Kendric, son of Gawain the Good, died in great glory at the battle of Mt Damen, holding out long enough for king Uther to arrive with reinforcments. His body was returned to his manor Wylye by royal decree. He was the first Nadder buried in Wylye for many, many years. He will be spoken of fondly in Logres for many years to come. He died a Famous Knight.

He was known for his love of his wife, chaste nature, energetic nature, and mostly for his extremely humble nature.

His greatest deeds include Battle of Menevia (248 glory), Being knighted (1000 glory) and being a Roman Christian religious knight.

Evan – 3898 Glory

Sir Evan, son of Merddin died during the [[Years 478–479 | raids in Frisia]], under prince Uther. He fought valiantly as the battle leader but was cleaved by a berserker. After his remains were taken back to Laverstock, his remaining children burned him on a pyre in the sacred grove. He will be remebered for years in his family, he died a Respected Knight.

During his life as a pagan he was known for his Hatred for saxons, Honor, Love for his Family and Hospitality. His extreme bravery and his Energetic, spiritual and generous person. He hade keen eyes and a hand for the sword.

His greatest deeds include being Knighted (1000 glory), and his Quest for the High King (100 glory)

Doff- 2739 Glory

Sir Doff, son of Edmyg died at the Battle of Carlion in 466, cleaved from shoulder to hip by a badder berserker. Recogniced upon death by King Aurelius Ambrosius, he died with glory. The King erected a grand tomb in Stapleford where Doff was laid to rest. He will be remebered for years in his family, he died a Respected Knight.

He was known for his Bravery and Genrousity, his Loyalty, Honor, Hospitalty and Love for his Family. He was skilled with the sword and harp.

His greatest deeds where being a knight (1000 glory) and dying in great glory at the Battle of Carlion (1000 glory).

His brother Greg becomes castellan of Stapleford until his son Jonah comes of age.

Kenryc the Brave – 5886 Glory

Sir Kenryc the Brave of Steeple Langford was head of the family for half of his life before his death at the Night of the Long Knives. He will be remembered for many generations in his family and beyond. He died an notable knight.

Kenryc was known for his vengefulness, spiritual nature and great bravery. During the last years of his life he was a pugnacious knight whom was famous for his skills with the sword.

His most known feats are being knighted (1000 glory), adventure of finding the ring( 250 glory). Rowenas bride march (200 glory), Battle of Kent( 313),

He, together with his brother Gawin were laid to rest in the tomb of Steeple Langford.

Gawain the Good – 4020 Glory

Sir Gawain the Good died at the Night of Long Knives in 463. He became known after an adventure that affected him for the rest of his life. He will be remembered for many generations in his family and beyond. He died an notable knight.

He was known for his large frame, his extremly modest, generous, honest and forgiving nature. His temperate nature, and skill as a battle leader and swordsman.

His most known advetures was; his knighting, and the Battle of Lincoln.

He was an household knight of Rupert of Salisbury. He was laid to rest with his brother Kenryc in Steeple Langford.


Merddin the fertile – 3778 Glory

Sir Merddin, known as the fertile for his seed was spread far an wide, died at the Night of Long Knives, defending his dying cousin Gawain. He will be remembered for years in his family. He died a respected knight.

Merddin will be remember for hos valour, his energetic nature (both in the field and in the bunk). He was a great swordsman.

His greatest adventure was being knighted (1000 glory) and the Battle of Charlon 454 (200 Glory).

His sons burned him on a large pyre in Laverstock.


Edwart – 2005 Glory

Sir Edwart died at the Night of Long Knives together with his kin. He will be remembered by his closest kin. He died an ordinary knight. He was most known for being a knight 455(1000 glory) and his years as an esquire (500)

He was laid to rest with his brother in the tomb in Stapleford.

Edmyg the Generous – 3745 Glory

Edmyg, known by his family and peers as a genrous soul, was killed in a duel at Steeple Langford by Daz of Deptford while defending his beloved cousin Kenryc the Braves honour.

Edmyg will be remembered for many years, he died as a knight respected. He will be known for his great skill of the sword, his remarkable skill of the harp, his generous nature, great feats of honour, loyalty to Rupert of Salisbury and his love for his family and great hospitality.

His greatest glory was gained from becoming a knight in 439 (1000 glory), The adventure of finding the Ring in 442 (250 glory) and for attending the wedding of Queen Rowena and High King Vortigern (200 glory).

He leaves his son Doff as heir, with his broter Edwart as castellan until Doff comes of age.

He was laid to rest in his family tomb at Stapleford.
